"I've been with Phill Kensler for over 20 years, and in all that time he's never been hard to reach. Calls, texts, emails: he answers them, and the advice is always sound.

Two weeks ago I found out what that's really worth. I was on a cross-country motorcycle ride when a rock punched through my engine case in the middle of Colorado and ended the trip on the spot. I called Phill from a mountain pass and he picked up right then, calm and reassuring, already thinking through how to get a disabled bike down off that pass.

That was just the start. Over the several days it took to get me and my motorcycle home to the Pacific Coast, Phill checked in with me multiple times a day. When U-Haul couldn't come through, he got on the phone himself and found me a pickup to rent, which cut the cost roughly in half. None of that was part of a claim. That was just a caring guy making sure his client got what he needed.

I wasn't sure I even had coverage, since this wasn't an accident. Phill suggested filing a comprehensive claim and then helped with the calls and the follow-up on the State Farm side. Within a week I had a check reimbursing the towing. Within ten days State Farm issued a check for the engine case repairs.

This is how it's supposed to be done. What I've always appreciated about Phill is that he's there, and that he's such a good communicator. When I was miles from anywhere with a broken motorcycle, I had someone watching out for me and staying in touch every step of the way. I couldn't be more grateful."
